Lost or stolen packages:

Freedom Industries is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You must contact your local post office to file a claim.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday - ORDERS DO NOT PROCESS OR SHIP ON WEEKENDS. Holiday ship times may varry. 

Once an order is placed on our website, please allow UP TO 5 business days for the order to be processed with an active shipping confirmation email. (unless otherwise noted  in the product description of a pre sale / special  ship date )

 

Domestic Orders:

USPS MAIL usually takes up to 5 business days to arrive to the destination from the time your order is shipped out of our facility (TRACKING # IS RECEIVED) . USPS does label how many days it takes for the order to be delivered (ETA) , but sometimes, there are delays. So please keep in mind that it may take up to 5 business days to receive a package with THE USPS mail service.

International Orders:

For international orders, Priority Mail / Flat rate shipping takes up to 7-12 business days to arrive from the time your order is shipped out of our facility. 

ORDERS PLACED DURING SALES AND SPECIAL HOLIDAYS

Special circumstances such as national holidays may delay the processing and preparation time as well as the duration of both shipping methods for domestic and international orders by up to an additional 14 days. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

(These are some of the holidays that may effect shipping lead times. Veteran’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.)

 

FREEDOM INDUSTRIES is NOT responsible for mis-deliveries. If you miswrote the shipping address on your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY with the CORRECT ADDRESS  so we can make the changes for you. Failure to contact us may result in the loss of your package or may be sent back to our facility, in which you will be required to pay for the reshipping fees via money request sent to you through e-mail or charged back to the initial card for purchase.
